Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

• Inspired Puzzles and Gifts' items are custom made. Normal processing time is 7-10 business days.
• After processing, most orders are shipped via USPS First class mail which includes tracking. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
